(Here is their story sent to me by Mary.)
Well were do I begin. Jeff and I are both from some town outside of Lubbock. I'm the baby out of six so my parents struggled a lot growing up, but they always showed us love and always tried there hardest. The person I have become is all do to my parents for never giving up on me and always being there for all of us. Jeff is the oldest he has a step sister and step brother. For him growing up wasn't very easy. His parents split up when he was about 2 yrs old. So he's grandparents pretty much raised him. But they did a great job. And i'm very thinkful for that. Him and his real dad have only been pretty close the past couple of years. And Jeff is loving every minute of it. They have been going hunting a lot lately, which I love. GOD is amazing. Well we love to be with each other and love to hang out with others. We love to just have fun. We are always up for new thing. All of our parents would love to help out but they barely make ends meet know and Jeff and I didn't want the to have the burden of a wedding on their plates too. So we are for the most part taking care of it ourselves. And we have God on our side so if it's meant to be it's meant to be. We are still very blessed with each others love.
Well to how Jeff and I meet we use to work together at American State Bank as tellers. My ex-boyfriends sister is the one that told me about the job. Jeff is the second boyfriend I have ever had, not that it matters but I'm just thankful we found each other. I dated my ex for 4 years and one day it ended so worried and I seriously thought I was the one to blame. I never thought anyone would ever want to date me after all the stuff he told me was wrong with me. At work Jeff was so nice from day one and the longer I worked there the more my ex and i started having problems and Jeff was just there to talk to me and was always looking out for me. He would always give me great advice. He would always say you have to be happy for youself before you can make someone else happy. He was always worried about me. Well finially I was single and we started talking a lot more and then we went to the movies one night and it was unfortgetable. He reminded me that there are still great guys in the world. It's just amazing how God plans your live and how everything works out perfect. Well I ended up changing jobs and started working at City Bank which has been great because are relationship just took off so great and working together would have been way hard. Jeff is the only guy that has ever made me feel special and I think GOD everyday for him being in my life. And it's amazing how much easier a relationship is when your family likes your other half and ya'll both are happy. Jeff was the type of guy that didn't date and just had friends, but I guess God made him change is mind about me. Which I am very thinkful for. If we do recieve this wonderful gift that you are offering we would be blessed and since we are paying for it ourselves this would help us more than you know. You are an amazing person for doing this for some lucky couple. Well I hope I haven't been just going on and on, but thank you for your time. It's really sweet of you to do this.
